WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO AUBREY A. EXTENSIONS ACCEPT?

We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Sezzle.

WHY DOES MY ORDER KEEP GETTING CANCELED?

If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double-check that the billing address on the credit card matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is current (not expired) and valid.

We have partnered with NoFraud to ensure that all orders placed are valid and legitimate. If your order is “Flagged for Review,” check your email and follow the next steps to have it finalized. 

If your order is canceled after you have completed the following steps, you will need to try using a different payment method.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified after 10 hours.

Please review your order carefully and confirm the shipping address you provide during checkout to ensure your package arrives at the correct location. 

If you need to update your delivery address, we suggest using the UPS My Choice portal. This tool allows you to manage and adjust your delivery preferences easily.

After receiving your shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, follow the UPS Tracking link to set up an account on the UPS My Choice portal and make any necessary address changes.

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before purchasing to ensure all items and quantities are correct.

WHO DOES AUBREY A. EXTENSIONS SHIP WITH? 

All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.

All International orders ship via DHL or UPS. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order directly through our site by clicking here. 

DO I NEED TO PURCHASE ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE? 

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. We strongly encourage the purchase of “Route Shipping Insurance” at checkout. If you choose to opt out of this service, please contact USPS if you have any problems.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and a text to the phone number and email address provided at checkout containing your tracking number.

WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIMEFRAME? 

Our processing time is 1-8 Business days to prepare your order before shipment.

During significant sales and holidays, processing times may take up to 12 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S Observed Holidays.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE?

While we aim to deliver your packages securely through UPS, unforeseen events can sometimes result in lost or stolen items. 

Once UPS has your package, they are responsible for its safe and timely delivery.

Unfortunately, if a package is lost or stolen during transit, it is beyond our control as the sender.

HOW CAN I RECEIVE ASSISTANCE FOR A LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE?

We advise contacting UPS directly for prompt assistance if you encounter a lost or stolen package. They have the tools and expertise to investigate and resolve these matters.

Additionally, we offer Route Shipping Insurance at checkout to help protect against lost packages and provide added peace of mind.

We understand the inconvenience and frustration caused by lost or stolen packages and will support you as best we can during the resolution process.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

DOES AUBREY A. EXTENSIONS ALLOW EXCHANGES? 

Exchanges are permitted if we make a mistake. If you need to exchange an item, proof of purchase is required. Please email our customer service at aubreyaextensions@gmail.com. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your item. Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging. 

Once we receive your item, we will email you to confirm. We will also email you once the exchanged item has been shipped out to you, along with a tracking number. 

DOES AUBREY A. EXTENSIONS ALLOW REFUNDS? 

Unfortunately, we do not allow refunds. All sales are final.

After your international order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to track your shipment’s progress. Note that tracking information or shipping options are unavailable for all countries.
