Please read these policies thoroughly to ensure a smooth experience. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms listed in our policies.

Shipping Policy: 

All orders have a 5-10 business day processing period unless marked as "Ready to Ship." During "Deal of the Week" periods, order processing can take up to 14 business days. 

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. 

All orders are shipped through USPS priority mail, which takes 1-3 business days. Aubrey A Extensions is not responsible for your package after it has been shipped. Please purchase “Route Shipping Insurance” at checkout to ensure you have protected your purchase. If you choose to opt out of this service, please contact USPS if you have any problems. If any further questions, be sure to email us. 

Return & Exchange Policy: 

All sales are final. Exchanges are permitted if there has been a mistake on our part. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service email at aubreyaextensions@gmail.com. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your item. Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase. 

Once we receive your item, we will email you to notify you. We will also email you once the new item has been shipped out to you, along with a tracking number.
