Thank you for your purchase! We want you to be completely satisfied with your hair extensions. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return: You may return your hair extensions within 14 days of purchase. The hair must be in its original, unused condition and cannot have been worn or damaged.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at Aubreyaextensions@gmail.com to receive a return authorization.

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned hair in our possession, we will process your refund within 2-3 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been worn, opened, or damaged are not eligible for return.
