Before delivery, each bundle is washed and deep conditioned to ensure the hair arrives clean, soft, and ready for installation. Because of this process, the texture may vary slightly from bundle to bundle, adding to the hair’s natural appearance.

The hair can be styled, curled, or straightened, and with proper care can be reused for multiple installs. ✨

All orders ship via USPS.

We encourage the purchase of “Route Shipping Insurance” at checkout.

Our processing time is 3-8 Business days to prepare your order before shipping. ALL "Ready to Ship" orders ship same day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and a text to the phone number and email address provided at checkout containing your tracking number.

During significant sales and holidays, processing times may take up to 12 business days.
